
Can i get a 6 Pack in 6 weeks..?
I am 6 foot 4 about 180 pounds i work out now 3 times a week and do Ab Exercises 4 times a week ( i do 100 chair situps 100 crunchs 100 leg raises and 200 bicycles) i also play basketball prolly 3 times a week normally on days when i dont work out my question is do you think i will be able to Get A 6 Pack in 6 weeks… p.s i currently have a 4 pack kinda when flexed shows all 8 abs but not that definded
