Belly fat?
According to my B.M.I. my weight is “ideal” but for some reason i have a good amount of belly fat, im happy with my bodyeverywhere else exept my belly, and i cant seen to get ridof it, now summer is coming and ill hope swimming will help, but its not hot everyday, how can i eat better and loose my belly fat. also a website with good taseting healthy mealswould be nice ty!
try doing sit-ups and walk daily,not only will it help your stomach you will grow your other muscles stronger!
