I use to be a twig but, now in my late 20’s I’m more like a tree stump! I’ve kind of let my self go with a recent move but when I was going to the gym everyday I dropped 20 lbs in 2 mnths. now i gained all that back and then about 10 more
even when I did lose the weight I was still a little thick through my mid section never got the “6 Pack” abs now that I’ve put the weight back on I would have to say I look to be about 6 mnths pregnant (I’m not!) so when I start losing these pounds what would be the best way to work the belly area because it seems like that is were MOST the weight gets suck at. I know how to work the rest of the body but, have no clue on how to FINALLY Get Flat Abs. I know regular sit ups rarely works, we have an ab lounge but……..
I know how to maintain a proper diet (when I get back on track) I want to get rid of this KEG, summer is coming! any ideas or things that worked for you would be great! thanks
