Need help on getting a Six Pack please?
Okay I am an active freshmen in highschool. I play football and right now I’m doing conditioning for it. My problem is I just can’t Get A Six Pack or even a 2 pack! I’ve tried crunches and Having a calorie output more than my calorie input but I can’t do it. I need advice from someone who actually has abs and knows what they are talking about. And for advice no supplemments tht you buy. Needs to be natural. Thank you!
I have a six pack. The problem is with most people is that they arent consistent with thier efforts or that they are taking the wrong approach.
Abs will only come out if you have round about 11% body fat. When you get to about 8% they really pop out.
What I would recommend is short high intensity Abdominal Workouts about 4 times a week. Cardio every day and make sure you cut out ALL processed foods. Stick with wholegrain foods, fruit, veges, nuts, pasta, tuna etc…
If you do that for about 8 -12 weeks, and you do it properly…there is no way you wont have a six pack.
