how many cruntchs a day do I have to do to get a 6 Pack in 2 weeks?
I’m 6′1 and 167 pounds. I’m not fat but I’ve got a little roll on my stomach. I can see the shape or shadow or something in the mirror that resembles a Six Pack. I was wondering how many cruntchs I have to do everyday to get one in 2 week?
Last year, I was 5′10 and weighted about 148lb.-150lb. (i was kinda skinny, and barely did any sport or exercise)
I did 100 sit-ups straight (no resting) everyday for the past two week (and my abs were burning with pain. It hurt to sit down, get up, and trying to lay down slowly, plus I couldn’t laugh cause of the pain)
but I developed a small six pack, then for the next 8 months
I develop a routine for different kind of Workout and developed a larger six pack.
However, if you lose track of your routine you will begin to lost it quickly (like by 3 weeks)
