
lowest two muscles to show in my 6 Pack abs?
i’m really badly self concious because i know im only a step away from getting a nice Six Pack.
When i stand in the mirror i can see 4 six pack muscles clearly but the bottom two only faint, but when i push the layer of loose skin (not sure if fat cos quite tight) down it reveals clear muscle. does anyone know how i can get rid of the layer of stuff which i need to hold down to get the last 2 abs to show??? plz help thanks so much
Leg lifts. The machine where you hold yourself up by your arms and lift your knees to your chest. Do a bunch of those every day.
