how can i achieve a toned stomach?
well, I’m working out at least 30 mins. in the morning and same in the evening… and now, i am having a 2 pack abs. on my upper abdomen… but i don’t like it… all i want is a sexy figure for ladies…
just like there is a two lines side to side and not a 2 pack or 6 Pack abs.
now, im asking if what kind of exercise that i can do to achieve that sexy figure… much better if you refer a video to me…

Noce abs, huh… If you have comcast cable, go to “on demand”, “Sports & Fitness“, and then “Exercise T.V”… There are lots of selections there for you. Also, Leg raises hit the bottom of your stomach and there great because you are only using the weight of your shoes. Low weight + High Reps = Sleek and Sexy.. Weight + Low Reps = bulky and muscle… Have fun with it and you’ll be better than that picture in no time :0)
