How can i burn stomach fat with burning muscle?

Im 17, 5′11″ i am working to get my arms bigger and i have a 6 Pack but it is under some stomach fat that i would like to burn, will running burn the muscle on my arms, also will riding a bike burn the fat on my stomach?

running will not burn muscle as long as you run in your aerobic “zone”. that is the zone that uses oxygen to burn fat. it is different for everyone, depending on many factors including what kind of shape you are in. but if you just do some light jogging a few times a week for 30 minutes, you’ll burn fat and won’t have to worry about losing muscle. riding a bike will burn fat on your abs.
