What kind of ab exercises do boxers do?
How do boxers like Floyd, Oscar and Manny get their abs to get so ripped? What kind of ab exercises do boxers do? and for how long? everyday? typical Workout?
I fight at Manfredo’s Gym in Pawtucket, RI and all the pros do leg lifts, crunches, sit ups with and without a medicine ball, sometimes being hit hard with the medicine ball in the stomach on the way down. But you can do situps until you throw up, but if your not eating clean and on a good diet, you’ll probably never see your abs. Diet is 80% of the reason you see guys with Washboard Abs.
