Effective 6 Pack Abs Exercises

Friday, May 7th, 2010

I want to be muscular but i’ve got an extremely high metabolism. What can i do to get hence and buffed up?

Ever since i can remember, i’ve been trying to gain raw muscle but my continous efforts have been in vain. I’m admittedly slightly thin but i also weigh twelve stones which is a rather contradictory fact but bizzarely true. Perharps being 5ft 10 may have something to do with it because the taller you are the more you weigh. Furthermore, i have annoying fat under my chin which i’d like to get rid of and the Six Pack is taking ages to arrive. What exercises are effective in terms of creating a dream body? and how often do i have to visit the gym if i want to see results?

I want to be ripped in time for an epic holiday with a bunch of close friends next year. So in 6 months. That means having defined biceps, triceps, abs, pecs, (the lot) so i can walk and fool around confidently.

All answers are welcome and points will be awarded to the best ones. Thanks all.

im sorry but everything you just said was wrong.
i have a high metabolism and i still got ripped.
and im only 5ft 8inch and weigh 240 pounds (17stones).
i was the thin guy threw out my school years and the short guy.

i started working out when i was 15 im 18 and half now.
it took me along time to get ripped in fact it took me up to a year.
im sorry to say it will take you more than 6months to get ripped but you can get toned out in that time.

i use to work out and still do work out 6-8 hours a day for 6 days a week and i eat every 2 hours.
it takes pro bodybuilders up to 5years to get ripped.

if you do want to get ripped i suggest you start going to the gym at least 5hours a day for 6days a week.
and start eating right, getting ripped is not just about going to the gym and pumping weights its about eating right and even sleeping right.
you need to start to eat foods like chicken, fish, veg and fruits.
that means you cant be eating junk food.
and start taking protein shakes like ProMax.

and don’t just go into the gym and lift the same amount of weight on all the equipment.
mix them up like use light weights then move on to heavy.

Morning: toast with 2eggs and a cup of milk or cereal with low fat milk and fruit and ProMax

lunch: chicken or fish with veg and rice.

dinner: chicken eggs veg rice fish and fruit and milk and ProMax.

as for working out just go to the gym and do what you can but try to work out at least 20Min’s on each equipment.

im not going to lie to you it will coast you a lot of money to get pure ripped and a lot of time.

and try to sleep for 8hours at least.
