im 136 pounds, 5′8″, 16 years old and i have 13% bodyfat. im gonna be going on vacation by the beach in mid august and i was wondering if i should build muscle or burn fat and get 6 Pack Abs. which one would look better for the girls-more muscle Or 6 Pack Abs.
