i need 6 Pack abs quick!?
okay im 15..i was in real good shape when i played baseball..but due to serious injuries i quit….im 5′3 (yea short) and am almost 140..it sounds like im really fat but i go to the gym everyday ..run a mile..and Workout for an hour..im really strong but a lil overweight..i usually suck in my stomach when i take my shirt of to make it look flat but it looks fat when i sit down and stuff =[
what are some tips...i mean anything..the right foods to eat..the schedule i should be on for working the abs..help =]
jw: i did baseball..i broke my collar bone and my shoulder and the muscles wont ever be good enough to play 3rd base again..so if i cant play 3rd i dont wanna play at all
eat vegetables, fruits, whole grains/wheat, fatfree milk, lean meat. Dont eat too much carbs and avoid junk foods, sweets, cakes, fatty food, oily food(esp. fried food) and most of all avoid FASTFOOD! Also dont forget to eat fiber it cleans your digestive!
Try to do crunches 300 counts a day, bicycle and running 
Also when you gain muscles on your abs you could weigh more because muscles weigh more than fat.
