
How do you work the Lower Abs to Get A Six Pack?
I'm in pretty good shape excersie ect. I have the upper abs I guess that would be called a four haha, how I work the lower abs around the waist by tornado, I do a lot of cardio as is and raise the legs just do not work my abs as hard as I expected. thanks for all the advice
Is right, hanging leg lifts / raises good knee and knee sit ups (holding a weight between your feet), or even lying leg raises. However, these exercises are actually to build the abs, a lot of ppl get confused when you want a six pack and what should really be doing is to target your abs with intense cardio strip body fat. I'd recommend some jumps and some Abdominal Exercises mentioned above. Good luck.
