
how can i Get Six Pack Abs fast and easy?
i want to Six Packs that are noticeable they don’t to be hardcore but something that gets the attention and i will like to get my arms a bit bigger and pecks. And what kinds of food should i eat if i want to Get Six Pack and what kind of exercise should i do
and be specific about the food please
im 5″2
about 128 lb
Lean meats like chicken, fish, turkey and sirloin steak which veggies… not just salad but stuff like squash, broccoli, carrots, spinich, etc. also fruits but in the mornings only, like before noon. make sure you have a balance of protien and carbs at every meal and keep the fat low and stay away from bread.
