2 questions for 6-pack-abs men and weight lifters?
i do regular sit ups for 2 months now, and i can see my upper abdomen humps pretty nice. how can i flatten the lower part? it appears slower to develop.
i’m also into dumbbells. How many minutes should i rest in between exercises? i lift 4 kgs to 8 kgs on different exercises.
