I'm pretty sure many of us wonder the same question.There machines are countless infomercials, diet pills, books … Whatever! At the end of the day when we have to choose and what really works? I recently saw an ad Mike Geary The Truth about Six Pack Abs Program, which was quite interesting.Nevertheless, Can anyone tell me what works to Get Rid Of Belly Fat, for example? Incidentally is there any way to get rid of it, mainly by eating certain foods without a lot of Abdominal Exercises? If someone please be so kind to me information that would be great help.Thanks.
Mike Geary has good information. I have the book. Theirs a lot. Basically it comes down to eating right and exercising. Do not waste your money on stupid infomercials. Most are junk. You arent going to get rid of belly fat unless you eat very clean, that Mike can teach to do, even if the information is there for free. But you have a good performance. Ab Exercises to get rid of fat, just the work of abdominal muscles. It will give you some links that will give you options on all but one year will be free. Otherwise the sick list of the links below for free. In addition, the book is a good investment for someone who needs Mikes learn. Not so for people who already have a grip on things.
