
How can I Get Six Pack Abs? PLEASE NO DIET PILLS!?
I’ve tried everything and nothing seems to work. I’ve been doing crunches for a year now and I see no progress.
What am I doing wrong?
I don’t have access to a weight room or weights so I need something I can do at home.
When you Lose Fat, you lose it from all over your body, so crunches aren’t the only thing you should do if you want your muscles to show through your fat content.
From what I’ve noticed, the Best Abs always seem to be on runners, so try that as exercise instead.
Running is also one of the best ways to burn fat off of your body, but not necessarily bulk you up, so that’s why you can see their muscles so well.
