How do you Get Six Pack Abs sort of fast (before summer)?
Im 14 – 5′6″ 126lbs and bit flabby around the stomach and sides. Is it possible? If not, how about to just lose some weight relatively quick?
ill be honest with you, its up to YOU to keep the commitment though, summer is not too far away. everyone has a 6 Pack its just hidden under layers of fat..which means u need to undergo EXTREMEEEE dieting and burning the fat off that stomach. push ups, sit ups, crunches, cardio is the way to go my friend..shapefit.com has some good stuff u should check it out man
