How to bring out Six Pack Abs?
I saw a video about 6 Pack abs and it said that they are already there but just under fat. I have a very thin layer of fat over mine. Maybe .5 cm. It said to just work on fat lost to make them show. When i flex u can barley see the bottom abs but u can see the upper two pack. If i just work hard on making the muscle bigger can i get them to show without have to work to get rid of that thin layer of fat? Its nothing to do with cardio because i play water polo 10 and a half hours a week.
Work out you will not burn fat unless you work out. People need to stop being lazy there is nothing better than working out and eating right. There is no miracle drug or diet that will do it for you. Stop crying and work out more often and more intensely.
