How I can attach my Lower Abs?

My middle and lower abs seem to be looser than my upper abs. How I can flatten and tone my lower abs and stockings? Are there any foods that can help me keep my belly flat?

Running is good exercise, allowing you to Lose Weight evenly throughout the body. If you want to lose weight in certain areas, you should target with the exercises. If you are the problem areas, which will very difficult to pitch. You have to work twice as them. The best approach is: 1. Be careful not to go to the weight too heavy at a time. Do not increase the weight continuously, for when the muscles abdominal defined – too heavy weight will result in injury.
