
how do you get the bottom two abs. of a Six Pack?
i ahve been doing this nice Workout to help you Get Six Pack Abs. It seems like the top four are doing good, and i can see that there coming in great. but it seems like theres no progress on the bottom two. i can see anything at all with them. does anyone know of any exercise that helps you get the bottom two abs?
by lifting your legs repeatedly e.g. while hanging from a bar; or naturally when running or skipping up, etc.
