
Six Pack / Abs?
What is a good Workout routine or program that can help me get a rock solid six pack? I know it takes much more than a workout you have to eat good as well! My eating habbits are good this is what I eat
* breakfast cereal with fat free milk, lunch two sandwich, dinner vegetable soup! If i want a snack here and there I eat an orange
