i need a four-Six Pack quick! help?
i know that you cant Get A Six Pack in a day but i do except to get one in a week or two. im not fat, but im not completely skinny either. well on august 8th im throwing a pool party for my birthday and i wanted to wear a bikini because my ex boyfriend is going to be there and i just wanted to look good. so, can you help me if i give you details? okay, so im 5′5″, i weigh about 107-110lbs. somewhere in that range. im 13 years old and i exercise daily, or at least 5 times a week. i do The Firm Boot-camp on some days and other days i run/walk for 30 minutes on the treadmill. the days that i run, i also do 60 or so crunches on the ab lounger. im not really seeing a difference on my stomach, i mean its flat but i want it to be defined. what exercises can i do? how many should i do and did you have any experience with it? do you know it will work? please help! thank you so much!
Just do sit ups 
If you got a bar (one that you do chin ups and pull ups on), you can do some ab crunches, etc.
